Golden Globes 2024: Best dressed List!
Once again the Awards season has arrived and like previous years The Golden Globes not only mark the trend for future nominations but also for the best fashion forward trends to be observed. Here is my list of the best dressed celebrities that made a statement through their looks:
Carey Mulligan
Carey Mulligan: Her choice was impeccable, a vintage Schiaparelli mermaid gown from 1949 reworked by Daniel Roseberry and the Haute Couture atelier recreating an original Elsa creation so modern and beautiful showing that beautiful design is eternal.
Elle Fanning: Always one of my favorite, for the occasion Elle looked flawless in an archival Pierre Balmain cream duchess satin strapless gown with a big satin bow from 1960, just beautiful.
Natalie Portman: The actress arrived at The Golden Globes wearing a true masterpiece from Dior Haute Couture completely embroidered with little star shaped sequins in hues like blue, green, white, purple givin the impression of an impressionist painting ,with an empire waistline looking like a real life princess.
Rosamund Pike
Rosamund Pike: The Saltburn actress wore a dramatic black Dior Haute Couture dress channeling a “weird funeral vibe” as she commented but also the truth of the matter is that she had a ski accident so decided to wear kind of a protective helmet with a delicate veil to cover her face turning the misfortune into a fashion statement.
Dua Lipa: Looked fabulous with a custom made design from Schiaparelli by Daniel Roseberry inspired in a surrealist drawing from Salvador Dalí, a vision!
Gillian Anderson: The “Sex Education” star wore a white Gabriela Hearst gown completely embroidered with vaginas that she felt is “brand appropriate” and each motif took around 3 hours and a half to be completed a work of art.

Among gentlemen we had a very diverse kind of looks starting with the classic traditional tuxedos like Kevin Costner, Martin Scorsese, Bradley Cooper, Charles Melitón in Armani, Dominic West in Dior Homme,Gilbert Flores, Jeffrey Wright or Steven Spielberg and the most daring looks coming from Timotée Chalamet in Celine, Lenny Kravitz in Alexander MQueen, Barry Keoghan in Louis Vuitton, Cillian Murphy in YSL,Mark Robson in Gucci, Matt Bommer in Brioni, Alan Ruck in Berluti
All of them looking very smart.
